Posted.com is on ebay right now with 39 mins to go at $4300 ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=11153&item=5753684248&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW )... and there's also a typo auction already( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=11153&item=5756357796&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW ).. what are your thoughts on either or both auctions?


EDIT: I JUST NOTICED THE INFAMOUS SCENE9 (JAKE WULFF) IS BIDDING UP POSTED.COM!!! So, I'm wondering if the typos aren't related as well!

All kidding aside... posted.com is a good one word dictionary domain. However, the past tense is an issue for me. As a "corporate" type name it wont work because the marketers would be fighting an uphill battle against a brand name that has already happened (past tense = bad marketing name).

As a "hip" name for a "cool" company though posted.com has potential. I think its certainly worth the current bid price of about $5,000.

Ended at $4300 with reserve not met... I was really surprised to see our old "friend", Jake Wulff made the opening bids of $1000+! Wonder if he's up to his old tricks? The typo auctions are useless if this version doesn't sell IMO.

The "typos" sold for... ta! da!.... $1.30... ouch! So much for that sort of speculation! Glad they weren't mine!

Mind you that my grammar is lacking (Thank you, Tennessee, South Carolina and North Carolina), but the only piece of mind that applies here will be the one that the buyer/seller is giving to PayPal (Giving them a piece of their mind, get it? ) after the deal falls apart somehow but PayPal still manages to scrooge both parties.
