I'm not asking what's great about domains.

Which can be used for a business. Like any name for business.

    I asked what's great about 5G domains?

Apple is a basic dictionary word.

Apple can break into the 5G world. Will Apple need to rebrand to include 5G in their domain, or is a 5G domain unnecessary?

Most people, who live in a region where apples are present, learn the word apple at a young age. Then apple poured a ton of money into marketing, and computers, and now a large part of the world knows apple as a tech manufacturer.

Why isn't Nike pronounced similar to bike? Surely not because of Nikes phenomenal branding efforts.

Additionally, both of your examples are two syllables. Where as 5G is two syllables in itself. Thus any domain with a 5G prefix or suffix has that going against it.

Can you direct me to an example of developed domains containing 5G, or large companies branded with 5G -- that might be able to demonstrate use?

    I tried google searching: site:*5g.com

And noticed more parked domains appear in the search results than anything else...

Will '5G' start replacing companies use of 'net' as a replacement for internet?

Eg. NetFlix is old school. 5GFlix is new school?

    umm...

do u not know where the word NIKE comes from mate?

they didnt call it Nike cause its looks like bike if thats what u think.

U better read alot more man. how old r u anyways?

NIKE was a greek goddess that personifies VICTORY. Hence the name used in their sports gear

Old enough to know how to spell out you.

    Great.

How many people know this about Nike?

And does this explain why when people who have never heard of the Greek goddess, still pronounce Nike differently than the common 4Ls ending in -ike: Pike, Hike, Like, Bike, Mike

People will love anything if it's a great product or service.

Is that what you're doing here?

Because it looks like you're more interested in pushing 5G Dog Crap and lashing out at everyone who disagrees with you than anything else.

I'm sorry you wasted so much time and money on 5G domains.

Well, would be sorry. If you weren't acting like a 🍆. I don't like eggplant. You might like it. And that's fine. Me personally, I'm not a fan.

Grilled as artstar says: Its not about the name its about the marketing. If the domain can be branded. You mention about going onto Google. Please do the following. type in these words. 5g car hire, 5g car sales, 5g courier. These are my domains. I could be totally wrong but if common sense prevails. I have created websites for all of these, added SEO. Within the next two years these will be well established websites. Car companies will not use the actual name as per my domains, but people will use these words as search terms. All car companies will be integrating 5G into there systems. My domains can then be used as redirects.

If all car companies will be integrating 5G in their cars why would people search for "5G car hire" then?
..wouldn't it be the same as searching for "car with wheels hire"

They may not use the actual term 5g car hire. But i stand corrected. The two keywords being 5g and car hire. In my limited understanding about SEO and keywords. If typing in 5g car hire. This is on the first page of Google but what its also doing is showing 2 of my other domains. 5g car sales and 5gtechnology.co.za on the first page as i have linked all the websites. I am also very open to advice about this. Is that not one of the main objectives for any company, is to be on the first page of Google. As these domains are on the first page 5g car hire, 5g car sales, 5g courier. Would this not benefit a company to use these as a redirect to there main website.

Anyone want to discuss brandable 5G domains?

Looking at 5G as a Number/Letter, suffix/prefix, I see it similar to brandable 3D domains, strictly speaking from a NL stand point.

Something like 3DGE, or 3Design, come to mind when thinking of bradability for 3D.

Can anyone share examples or suggestions of 5G brandable domains? Any kind: available to reg, regged, or developed.

Off the top of my head:

    5Games ?

    5Glicious ? (probably a bad example. It's lunch time. And I'm hungry)

5Geography.com -- available to hand reg.

One of the few words that starts with and fully pronounces the 'G'

Thus making 5G one syllable, when counting the G, as one of the four syllables in geography?

Since 5G is still being introduced, possible use could be developing it as a service map as to where in the world 5G is being offered, and by which service providers?

According to GD 5gwear.com sold for $1750. According to DNjournal 5gDefense.com sold for 3,495.

Here are a few 5g sites that I just now pulled up by typing in 5g with popular keywords.

    5gMaps.com
    5gNews.com

I have more if you want more...

    Yeah, I LOL'd as well.

    Is that for real?

Or are they playing off people (some with mental illness) fear of EMF? In essence, is a company preparing for the overwhelming 5G marketing to come, and have found a way to profit from people's electromagnetic fears? Will they argue they are giving the customer peace of mind through healthy antioxidants?

Better call Saul comes to mind.

Who cares what it's about. Someone still paid almost 3500 to buy the domain. Do you know how many conspiracy theories there are about 5G? People pay good money for scams all the time. There will be sites focused specifically on avoiding the 5G Apocalypse. I give it less than an hour before someone registers that domain. Video Below :)

Have you not read about Ultra MK and V2K? I must be a special weirdo because I love conspiracy theories. I plan to launch a V2K fashion line ( a bunch of people walking around in tin foil )
