Partner to develope some amazing domains

Hi, i am the owner of some domains that will be amazing in the next month.
I have a portfolio of about 60 domains, but now i am looking to develope a whole network for these domains

Details:

Domains to develope: All are from ECUADOR (.com.ec and .ec)
Note: most of the domains are .com.ec as the main extension in this country is .com.ec
Some domains .ec can be registered, but their use are uncomon, for example, google use www.google.com.ec instead of www.google.ec

- Empleos.com.ec and .ec ("jobs" in spanish")

This site will be developed by me. No partner needed for develope. Maybe some Ecuador cityzen to brand it like a franchase of the international network i have for this kind of jobsites.

- Viajes.com.ec (on of the most searched word according to overture in spanish, its the spanish word fro "travel")
We are looking for a partner to develope a good site about touristic information. The aim will be to provide info and get some affiliate sales.

- Gay.com.ec
Just a partner to develope some adult site

- Contactos.com.ec
A partner to develope some kind of dating site. Need to be profesional

- Music.com.ec (the spanish word for "music")
- Universidades.com.ec (universities in spanish)
- Subastas.com.ec (for a site like ebay or the national mercadolibre.com.ec)

I offer 30% of all income and for a future sell of the domain (20%)

Might sound stupid but I didn't realise Ecuadorians spoke spanish. Learn something new everyday.
