Help a newbie to develope domains

I looked over the site trying to find some answers.
I'm currently own PSPbargain.com and SexyTube.net,
Both listed and parked at SEDO
few things I would like to learn:
1. How to Develope my domain names? so they will be worth more money,
and gain more traffic?
2. how to set the right keywords that have better click $ rate?

Please any help will be great.
and please explain it like you explain to someone who doesn't know enything
in this buissnes.

sexytube.net is really an adult domain IMHO load it up with youtube script called AlstraSoft Video Share Enterprise and let sexy models upload their videos

2. I see that AlstraSoft program cost $300.
What execatly do I do with it?
