domain 5 Bank Typos Removed from Namedrive

I have 5 bank typos that were deleted from my namedrive account in march. They are .de bank typos (surprise, surprise, namedrive would remove them) and as you can see from the revenue they were making over $550 a year revenue. (Late Feb 2007 to early March 2008)

I've never tried selling removed names before, because I've never had any removed. Should I go for fixed price or make an offer? Are these just dead in the water? Is there a revenue multiple I could use, examples from others?

I don't believe so. I think most, if not all do.
