if i want to reg german names or other country TLD which is better to reg .com or .de?

It all depends h3rm4w4n. I've seen alot of domains from businesses based in germany with .de extention. If you are starting a candy store located in germany, id get (candy in german).de. If its just a site about German candy, its a toss up (.com/.de). Also you have to look at the locals, do more of them go to .com or .de? Look at some german TV commercials maybe, and ask local german people what they prefer. .COM is the biggest, but some countries extentions are booming too. When in doubt, get both :)

This has been my humble opinion. Not an expert though.

i get from overture that for non english word stll available but in country also available, and not bad at google popularity.

i have issues with them before you can't change the firstname and lastname when you regged and pushed the domain to another owner in the case of .de fyi/headsup

What do you mean? I dont understand.
is it about domain? do you mean Firstword and secondword?

.DE has some weird restrictions as Weblord pointed out. That isn't to say there haven't been some impressive .DE sales. Poker.DE went for almost $1m. I have personally sold some .DE for a good profit, but they're a tough sell in the reseller community IMHO.

so it better regging .com
and also not just .de for example .nl
if the language is netherland is it good or not reg .com while .nl is still available
