How are you guys getting the info on these keywords??? Is there a tool? If so, where can I find it?

Are those the only kw's that have high bids???

Can you tell me what the average cpc for "law firms new york" is??? Hopefully it's $0.50 or more. Using the overture bid tool, the top bid is $18.00. But I don't know if that tool is useful or not.
