Also, the site is not earning much because i didnt have added ADSENSE ads at right places. I just added 2 ads and its earning that much.

Hmmm, how much do you have to pay people (like how much have you been paying out in the past?)

Don't you have to spend a lot of your time sending payments out to posters etc? And does this adsense revenue cover the payments you're making?
