I normally would't dare to try to correct another persons appraisal methods, but this is blatently inaccurate (no offense WiiSaid).

number of members depends on their quality as well as time on board and the growth rate.

$5-$6/adsense a day X 6-18 months would = (approx) $950- $2800

Unless the domain name is a premium name, it shouldn't be factored into the aproximation of value for the site.

So, on the low to high end's you should sell no less than $900 and not expect more (unless factors change) than $3000 USD.

No one will calculate like that. $5x30x(8-18) would be more reasonable.
