$40 SIMPLE design contest

Hey, I am after a very simple design.

I am doing a female Celeb Pictures dump, basically the main page will just have text links to the celebs pics page, that's it, the site isnt about the design but about the content so am after something pretty simple, basically space in the centre for the text links and 2 nav menus down either side which is where my ads and links will go, and a header that features female celebs, that's it, as I say basic but nice and also coded.

The nav menus I would like done with the 'includes' bit, but not in php, preferbly txt file so when you wanna add an ad or a txt link you just change one file, but as I say not using php.

Looks fine, nice and simple, maybe make the middle background a different colour other then white?

Sorry, I couldn't access the site yesterday, kept getting mysql errors.
