$10 simple design wanted for adult site

I know of a adult site whose design is simple and I would like one like that, obviously not the same...It's basically 2 nav menus down either side and a header bit, it looks very simple to people who know what they are doing as it's basically ALL text and no images at all.

Only thing is I need the nav menus and the header to use php include function as its gonna be a big site so I need that in.
