$110 design contest for celeb site

I am after a celebrity picture site design, cost will be $110 and must come coded as well. Payment will be via Paypal.

I am not after any heavy graphical site or anything, just a nice clean layout with two/three nav menus (One down either side at least, would rather they were text links as easier for me but whatever you feel looks best) a nice header and space in centre to put the content, also like it to use css.

I would like a nice bluey kinda colour, there will be few ads on there (Mainly Google adsense) so need space for that, I normally put them below the header and down each side in the nav menu.

This contest will run into January to give people time to get something in as it's xmas.

Nothing springs to mind, its a nice clean layout, if you win then any changes will be minimal and that goes for whoever wins.
