It looks like 365.tv sold at Namejet yesterday for $60,000. The reserve was between $50,000 - $75,000. First came in and continued to proxy all the way to find out the reserve and met it at $60,000. Time will tell, but great news.

    Note: Not affiliated to sale.

Thanks for sharing the info Ammar.

    Very nice sale, if correct.

That was an incredible reserve price. I don't think too many would have had the nerve/strength/optimism to put a price quite that high.

The Domains has a story on the sale and it appears from the comments that the buyer was on behalf of a Chinese client.

"First" and "Twotwo" are bidding on behalf of Chinese auction houses. So yeah buyer is Chinese.

    Another great dot tv sale!

To all of the new gTLD investors out there, riding a roller-coaster w/your investments, you might want to think about owning a great dot tv domain name. These have stood the test of time thru all 1000 new .whatevers in the past few years, dot tv is still kicking A$$!
