The new weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com. The past week was a very good one for a veteran domain investor (who wishes to remain anonymous). With the help of two brokers with solid track records he sold one domain for $323,000 and another for $100,000. Those sales took the top two spots on our latest all extension Top 20 Sales Chart and helped the .coms sweep the first seven positions and take 14 of 20 places overall. However, the ccTLDs also had an outstanding week with five charted sales, three of which crashed the top ten. You can get all of the details here: http://www.dnjournal.com/archive/domainsales/2017/20171220.htm

@Ron Jackson -- did you receive escrow verification for all the sales being reported?

I am confused by the highlighted subset. What defines a very "well-known" party? Is that buyer? Seller? Bother buyer and seller?

Did the verification of private sale More.TV involve more details than the verification of "well-known" parties?
