Now i doubt my self so much. No offence to any of the sold names but had they been on namepros i wouldn't have paid even 50$ for few of them. Is it just me or does someone also feel the same?

Thats alright, It only shows how incompetent and ignorant you are to the markets.

Incompetent?

I wasn't aware that by not knowing the aftermarket for each and
every extensions warrents being called incompetent.

I quess comming to a forum to ask questions in order to learn isn't
a part of your program? I don't think NPs needs or wants insulting
comments towards other NPs members. Your comments are more
of a personal attack if you ask me. >:(

Personal? Not at all. Simply stating that the word "real estate" holds value in almost any extensions. Brazil even more considering the amount of companies that move there to manufacture (car manufacturing) products. To think that the domain would not even be worth 50$ in an appraisal just goes to show how almost 99% of NPers don't know what they're doing.

Just look at the appraisal forum; it's filled with junk.

This is getting way off topic anyway. Nice sale no matter what. Just proves that cctlds are going strong.

I didn't mean the cctld names. Rather some other ones. I know that if you put a keyword in a local language with the concerned cctld, it can have value depending on whether the local people use such names. I meant names like bestbest.com and similar. There was a thread here on np recently where we were discussing about repeating keywords and most people didn't give much value to it. So i suggest please read what i wrote carefully before passing your judgements. I didn't say this brazil domain but 'some of these domains'... Anyways good for .br.com extension...

You are not alone. Domainers on all levels have "WTF?!" moments when looking at the sales charts.
