Okay, I am simply in need of a logo & banner/header for my website Lucidly.com . I recently changed the color scheme, so I believe a new logo would fit better. I will actually need a logo, and then a banner incorporated too.
The banner needs to be 760x85. If you make an extra one that is 960x85 in addition to the first (thinking about a change in site format) it would improve your chances, and it isn't that hard to change a banner into 200 pixels longer. The logo/banner should be basically just fitting the theme of dreaming (that is the site's theme). Not the hi-tech kind of dreaming though, my site has kind of a shamanic edge to dreaming, rather than the scientific edge. Anyways, make a banner with the logo incorporated into it, and then a logo by itself. Just make sure the banner fits well with my site. You can even redo the banner that I have now, the mountains, guy on top of it, and whatnot. I want at least one of you to redo the banner I have now, but you don't have to, I just would like to see it. Maybe make the current banner a more dark-night-like appearance. I don't know, you guys are the designers, I hope you are getting the jist of what I want for this though.
The banner/logo should have something dreamscapey, or something subtle like the man on the mountain or the face in the sky, preferrably something subtle and something dreamscapey. The rest of the site stands out real well and I think the banner should too.
Any suggestions on the site design, layout, and especially color scheme would be appreciated as well.
If you make more than one banner or logo (because I had so many suggestions and whatnot describing different things you might), and I choose your logo & banner you get a $20 bonus (the second banner/logo can't be absolute crap though, just to get the bonus, you guys know what I mean).
Although I list a lot of things that I think would be good, feel free to do a completely new thing because although I would like to see some of my ideas I would just as much, if not more want to see a completely new thing.
