3 character .info domains price is high, but why?

From last year, .info price was so cheap & Now no 3 character .info domain is not available.
Is this cause for 3 character .info domains names high price?

Not really high.. ~$5 each is what I and most people sell them at.

Reg fly was selling them for $0.60 around this time last year. It will be interesting to see if there are massive drops soon or not. $0.60 per year is great but $6+ renewal fees?

Yeah as Asian said not really high just a few $ plus tho. The reason all CCC.info taken are regfly bargain, big holders and some daily drop catchers etc.

Regfly drop is a great opportunity for us to grab them all but have slight negative effect for the CCC.info resale market.

I'm not a "big holder" but I own about 90 "premium letter" LLL.info domains, zero CCC.info domains other than the LLLs.

Only one sale, HSO.info (it's a live site now). Can't disclose the amount, but it was a nice sale.

As soon as all of the RegFly names have dropped, we should see the price of 3 character .info rise to their proper reg fee which is ~$8 I reckon. Given another couple of months of sales, we should see them start reaching $10 easily I feel.

Don't forget the 45 day grace period. From my memmory, the $.60 deal started early June and so Mid/Late July to early September should be the potentially large drop period.

GoDaddy has those names now and so they should appear on the TDNAM auctions before dropping. There will probably be some other interesting .infos dropping in the same period.
