$20 paypal - Small (240x60) animated banner

I need a small, 240x60, animated banner. The site it's for is wmdeals.com - don't worry about matching the site's colors on the banner since the banner wont be displayed directly on the site.

Here are some keypoints that I want the banner to get across to viewers:

• The site is free to use.. there's no listing fees or end of auction fees
• Sellers can set up a free store with all of their products/services
• Free wanted ads can be posted
• Buy and Sell: Domains, Websites, Hosting, and more!
• "Like ebay for webmasters" If you've got room to add something like that.

Also, try and use something bright, like some good orange colors, and maybe accent it with some light blue borders or text. Thanks!
