I once had a case where a person bought a domain and did not pay ... after 3 weeks and 3 unanswered invoices he sends me a neg with a feedback similar to the wording of "go to paypalwarning.com to see who are the real thieves" ... ??? , WTF ... I never accused him for anything and we didn't even have any kind of communication besides the 3 invoices I sent which where just please-pay-for-your-purchase messages (no accusations) ... I removed the feedback with the reasoning that it contained a link ... LOL
Kerrijo - this is the page for
Feedback Abuse , Withdrawal and Removal
make sure you read the Additional Information
there is also a report link at the end
from the eligible-for-removal-cumstances explained in Additional Information , though , I think it is rather difficult for eBay to remove it ... you might as well check with them though ...
if eBay doesn't remove it , it might a good idea to contact the buyer and explain the situation again ... maybe you can agree on a Mutual Feedback Withdrawal (there is link in the same page above) ... that way , at least , the neg is removed from
both your scores and you
both return to 100% ... Strangely , he has 41 pos , 1 neg and 39 score ... ?!?!? ... hmmm ... I guess your neg counted as double
