Hello everyone,
I am currently considering selling a site i have had up and running for roughly two months, has pretty decent google placement.
I am sure it would make a good income as well, but i have neglected to put adsense on it.

The site was offered for sale last month and had a bin of $50 had two people offer to buy but the sales fell through.
I am not sure if i want to sell so i may reject bids.
