I've been contacted to sell this domain.
I've owned it for 4 years but no longer use it.
It goes along with the vanity number 1800newroof that I no longer use.

Try and sell it with the Vanity Number as a package to the right end user, especially if someone has already indicated interest. The domain by itself is nearly worthless. You might get good money as a vanity package though.
