Every domain investor has his or her rhyme and reason for how they optimally price their domain portfolio when negotiating domain sales agreements.

Some domain investors strictly use a multiple to determine domain pricing (i.e., 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x, 15x, 25x, 50x, 100x, etc.). Other investors use SEO factors or attributes to determine value. Yet other domain investors use domain appraisal tools. And then there are those domain investors that use a combination of the aforementioned considerations.

While each domain pricing option has pros and cons, most domains investors struggle to establish a sound strategy that produces profitable and consistent results when negotiating domain name sales agreements.

Tune into in my latest podcast as I share with you 10 tactics to determine an optimal pricing strategy for your domain portfolio.
