They offer to transfer a domain name which i wanted to transfer and to register it with .xyz tld i let it go they didn’t transfer my domain name which i needed it first and registered the un needed domain name

I chatted with support and limit is 10, however if you registered 10 domains in the previous promo (the one for 1.99 USD) then you are not eligible for this promotion.
However, this does not stop you from ordering for this new promo price and sucessfully making the payment.

Then after a day or so, you'll get an email saying that you weren't eligible for this promotion and your orders are cancelled.

There is no automatic refund as far as I am aware. I had to ask in the chat, they were nice and processed it, but it's just too much hassle with this registrar.

I had no issues with my domains. Transferred out everything to dynadot this week though. Pretty smooth and quick process.

It takes some additional steps but you can expedite the transfers which is good.
