Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.
"Domain not found" error when trying to import lead on .life domain for escrow (5%).
So I have sent to the buyer the traditional direct link (9%).
And why "Phone" field is mandatory???
Most leads don't provide me their numbers.
Yes, looks that Import works only as 2nd step (when the domain was already added into account). How exactly this Import works for the reached agreements?
Domain must be added into user's account and only then (as 2nd step) Import is possible?
With Sedo escrow it is not required to add the domain into account prior the escrow request.
@Undeveloped, how about "Add to cart" feature or you charging $5 (or so) per additional domain in bulk domain transfer in a single transaction?
For an example, If I have 3 domains (variations of same domain) to sell to end user for $150 each in a single transaction, I will need to send 3 links to end user to buy the domains, out of which he might buy only 1 or 2 as it would require him to submit 3 transactions.
How about seller paying $5 per additional domains (2 additional domains) in that transaction?
So $450-$10 ($5 * 2) = $440
OR
You can implement "Add to cart" feature, so buyer can add those 3 domains in a single transaction?
This mechanism can make things productive?

Just got my first buyer backing off after negotiated the price amd I acceted his counter offer. They informed him that he accepted and is legally binded to it and he laughed at them saying he will not respect anything.
I think undeveloped handle the case well enought.
The only one solution here...I've had 7 non-paying buyers in the last few months. Its very frustrating.
The only one solution here...
Sell your domains just using simple Contact Form - the volume of non-payers is minimal in this mode.
How?just move on to the next one....
Contact support. They readily cancel non-paying transactions at your request. How?
When agreement is reached and waiting for payment - the domain is disabled to receive any other buyers...
~1 week or longer you can't sell it due to such idiots...
The same on Sedo.
And that's why Contact Form is the best way.

Thank you, had no idea this could be done.no need to
click on the name you sold to edit it
then uncheck the SOLD box .. and its back on market
Has UD mentioned that trick here? If not, i wonder why not
Even better! I must've missed their release update. Thank you for the tip!no need to
click on the name you sold to edit it
then uncheck the SOLD box .. and its back on market
literally 10 mins ago some troll made 1$ on my name. I countered 1500$ and he clicked accept
obviously I don't expect him to pay. so 1 minute later I went to remove the checkbox SOLD
now its back on market for more leads and offers.. while the guy can still pay.. but I highly doubt it.
so this is great option!
Yes 72 pages is very long time to read I missed ityes they implemented it by popular request and advertized here
so its not a trick at all. some people just missed the posts
How to CounterOffer with comment? As on Sedo...
I don't see how to insert comment... only amount...
Looks that I also met my 1st non-payer at Undeveloped... from Brazil.I've had 7 non-paying buyers in the last few months. Its very frustrating.
@Undeveloped , I am trying to complete a sale today and the buyer paid instantly. However, I'm yet to receive details from Undeveloped to make the push.
Please, look into this for me.

as far as I know their escrow team needs some time to check payment. which is never really instant. but they are fast and how fast depends on buyer history and payment method... and no work on weekends for escrow team from what I recall.
obviously, they won't be asking you to push or transfer before the verification is done.
hope it goes thorugh for you. gl.
I'll wait around till tomorrowThey don't work at night only work in the daytime in there time zone...
You will have to wait they don't do this instant
