Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.
I am happy with undeveloped customer service, low commission rate and timely payment.
However, I wanted to see two new features for undeveloped marketplace.
1. Option of domain price alert for buyers, if the seller change price of the domain then watchers should be alerted of the new price.
2. Notification of domain expiration for sellers.

#2: Subtly drops big news - love it.Hi Sheraz,
I like option 1, which you mention. I'll add it to our feature request document.
Regarding option 2, this is being implemented as we're becoming a registrar and will start offering registrar services.
Have a great day!

Looking forward to seeing how you effectively differentiate yourself from the other market players.
Any timeline in mind?
Hi. I can't seem to find the Lead Import feature (for reduced escrow %). Mind sharing that page's link?
Stoked. We're aiming to go live within 3 months, likely sooner but it depends on some variables (as always in product development ).

Hi Reza!
When registering a domain name with undeveloped and adding it to your portfolio, will it automatically include a salepage in your marketplace?
Kind regards!
@Undeveloped
Small Feature Request - Read reports for offer communications for sellers. This could be done via an email sent to seller - so no updates would be needed on the UI.
(I understand in email that people can block the tracking images, but this would still be great when possible)
Just an idea... I try to throw them out there for ya when I have them.
Also can you confirm that after a lead is archived (and buyer never accepted or declined counter offer) - that it can not be accepted weeks/months later by the buyer?
Otherwise - Is there a time limit or way to retract a counter after a certain amount of time?
Not at all, this is brilliant suggestion!am I overthinking this?
Reza, have you ever considered using a font that does not make capital "i" look like lowercase "L"? (And other similar, potentially confusing situations?)

Could this cause a buyer to hesitate, thinking "Am I buying Ldleproductions rather than idleproductions?"
Or am I overthinking this?

Hi Nat,
They did type idleproductions.com when they land on that for sale page. Regardless, I get your point and it has something to do with the font we use. Changing the font will have an undesired effect but we'll look into using another front from the same family to see if we can replace it without changing our style too much.
Kind regards,
Reza
@Undeveloped ,
May be it was covered before but i just can't read all 34 pages right now.
How exactly "Add new lead" feature works? I add a potential buyer, and what happens then? Do you try to contact him and initiate a deal? Which in many cases would be an undesirable scenario for me, because for example i had a price request and i reply with some BIN with Undeveloped page address and say like "You can buy it here", - but in this case the deal is not closed yet as the buyer would more likely continue bargaining and in this case getting an email from you about how to proceed with the payment with the BIN would be probably a bit insulting for him. Or you don't do anything and the adding is just a signal for your database?
Also, what if the buyer initiate a deal by different email from one he contacted me from? How can you identify that it was really my lead?
Thank you
Its a good featureHi Golan,
Of course, I'd be more than happy to.
The lead importer feature isn't a lead generator tool. So it's only to be used for leads or transactions that have already formalized.

So the moment you receive an offer of for example $500 via email, you can import that lead directly to your Undeveloped account and continue negotiating while using our negotiation system.
The buyer will receive an email explaining that you're an Undeveloped seller and that you wish to use our marketplace and negotiation platform. Once they confirm their intent, you can negotiate with them via your Undeveloped account.
Hope this helps,
Reza
