Parking domains won't give you better $..Yes if you optimize your website then may be you would get some money if you add ad-sense. Its my opinion because i never click on ad in parking domains.

Nah, You don't have a guarantee for anything here. A monthly search of keywords means nothing if the domain wasn't high enough to get some nice traffic. If it has nice traffic+nice CPC it would be a nice profit that's all. (but You never know for how long (google updates). Adsense is a good option only if You have time to develop+make or buy articles, put a lot of effort here.

its like epik.com with 100 m search and typo is eppick.com with 10 m search

i know search volume is not equal to direct hits

what I thought is at least 10 % of them will directly visit url and 10 % out of them will click on ads

that's around 10000 clicks per month ..maybe at least 1000 clicks

maybe I am wrong ..but just wanted to know the chances from parking experts

I'm pretty sure that You can forget about 10%. 1% would be great and again 10% cpc nah i not think so.
Most of legit cpc looks like less than 1%-5(of course it depends on more variables). But if You still wanna try I would listen some updates here and wish You good luck .

Shohia..for better CPC.. choose some loan, insurance related domain . I was checking around $3 ppc bid.

Just purchase 2 domains : evautoloan.com, evcarloans.com. May be this will give me better return after 2021.

It doesn't matter if You do not get enough traffic. So if You wanna start to earn from parking first off all get domain with real traffic even with small amount You will see how it works. It's like gamble it's nothing sure here. You can also use rental like those on Epik rent domain with traffic and check how much You will earn(You probably lose some cash here but it's nice knowledge how whole parking works). That's my opinion good luck

well i listed out around 100 domains for now,will give a try with 2-3 .. let's see how that works then

You may actually do better redirecting them with affiliate links. Assuming you find a typo for FaceMasks.com with good traffic, redirect it to an Amazon search with your affiliate link and you will do much better than parking. This is just one example.

yeah, that works fine for product search.

Bing and Google will auto correct your every search ruling out the audience as rest already have alternative. Want a typo it might need to be of a brand but also making it obvious to why it is in use.
