There's several factors at play here that I'm not going into detail on, double ee or not its the emd( much cleaner when properly capitalized MetaverseEarth js, more than several companies are aiming to replicate. There was some cat and mouse lingo at play too....I gave them my best 2021 price...and they should have taken it, it wasn't much above that.
