its pathetically unthinkable that I need to email support.each time I transfer out domain ..to remove it from panel... no other registrar does this..the mess it.makes in panel to have domains on sav and out of sav all.mixed together is unimaginable.

plz be ashamed of the mediocrity u call a registrar that u run @Nick R

I asked multiple times to fix this. but as always u do nothing.

shameful.

another day another sav ticket

aftr moving btccasino.net to sav a month ago... just today by.pure chance aftr someone made offr on it on gd..I tried going to it ..but it resolves to.nothing..all my names are set to.bodis.. so this one just sat unusable at sav for 1 month not resolving

so now I have to go paranoia mode again..like for names disappearing from panel
..and check which of my sav names do not resolve..

anyone else have this issue? .let me guess...u didnt check.. of course not..why should u
..one does not expect such basic things as names vanishing or DNs not resolving from any half decent registrar

so I specifically waited out the 5 days to transfer out..no expedite.. hoping then the names would be removed from my panel.. no luck..all there..

this lack of fix for such basic things as.clients not having the chaos of not knowing what's at sav and whats not... it happens only with u.. and u take no care to fix.

insane behaviour for registrar.

SAV is an absolute disgrace, they lack any integrity, you @Nick R and your team are indeed ignoring customers' complaints about theft of domains at/by SAV Auctions and other matters. Disgusting!

You guys better be nice to nick. Very lucky he comes here, replies respectfully and the rude comments dont phase him. He is gone for two weeks, hopefully not forever otherwise you’d be in a real pickle. No i dont have any names there, after reading reviews is best to avoid. you didnt do due dilligence or so tight to save low x so now you have the issues that we all been aware of for some time
I see some 1 star reviews, good for you that voice your opinion in constructive way

Hi @Nick R , Is it possible to at least mention the date at which another auction can be started? Also, you should probably correct the Typo "An an auction".

There is no record available in the user control panel when Auctions were started/ended. So, its like trial and error and a complete guessing game unless you can remember the exact date of your previous Auction. Please make it user friendly.

Well, 2 months were not enough for them to correct a Typo. Still today:

bingo..today..6th time a domain just disappeared from my account ...abomination..

another ticket..this is unheard of on other registrars.

I unlocked 2 domains to transfer them to another registrar and still i got message from Epik that they are locked. In my SAV account they seem unlocked. Can you help me?

Update: Sav support solve the issue, nice!

Hello Everyone. It's great to be back and helping everyone make the most of Sav! A general reminder that while you are welcome to post any issues on here, but if you want me to take a look at the specifics submit a support ticket with the details the DM me the ticket number.

@alcy - I would be happy to take a look personally into domains being transferred out that get ACK'd not leaving your account. Just DM me an example domain.

@yb1313 - I'll respond back in the thread after reviewing all the details.

@Darkniight - My apologies for letting the typo fix slip. Its being fixed by a dev as we speak!

@alcy - Re the 6th domain disappearing - can you DM me the domain name so I can take a look. We are not aware of any issues causing this currently.

@kite26 - Glad to hear it was resolved!

@iTesla - We haven't set any price changes yet but I will post an update on here if/when we do for the .COM increase.

Hey @alcy - We would love to be able to connect NamePros usernames with Sav accounts as it would make support a lot simpler but are currently unable to. Feel free to DM me your Sav Account's email address and I can pull up the ticket based on that.

I sold a domain on sedo, i pushed the domain into sedo's account ([email protected]).Then Sedo did not receive it.

Please solve this serious bug!!!

I like the simple panel and cheap service of sav.com.So I have a lot of domains registered in sav. But I can't bear such a bug.

@Yuran - Our support team will be able to look into that and see why the push didn't go through. We are not aware of any global Change of Account issues at the moment so it could be something like the Premium Domain Lock (the 60 day lock placed on domains bought in the Marketplace to reduce fraud) that is blocking this individual domain. Either way, please reach out to [email protected] with the details and they can see what is preventing the push, help get that lock lifted if that is the case, and get the domain moved to Sedo.

The domain is no longer in my account. I believe that your support team will solve this problem, but they have not responded to my email, i am wating, so I am sending it here and I hope you can solve it faster.

normally they do not deal with smallish..newish.. and in this case also heavily bugish registrars..I think we all know that

I have two sav accounts because of it is easy to manage, I once pushed a domain to another my sav account, and then the domain disappeared out of thin air, I sent an email to the support team of sav, they solved the problem but it was very slow.I am very sure that's a SAV'S bug...

By default, sedo lets sellers use "PUSH". When I sell sav's domain on sedo in the future, I will definitely choose the transfer code instead of PUSH method.

Sedo does have a Sav holding account that seller can push domains to.

@Yuran If you want to DM me the ticket number or email address used to submit the ticket I can take a look as well. Based on the domain no longer being in your account, I am guessing it did make it to Sedo's account but they just have not marked is as "received" in their system yet.

As far as I know, if I PUSH a domain to another account, the other account does not need to receive it manually.Anyway, I have sent you the ticket number with DM. Thank you for your reply and hope to solve it as soon as possible.
