Snapnames Prerelease - Auction not beginning

The domain was in Prerelase, backorder timeline ended on 1st June. I backordered on Snapnames. There was another backorder at Namejet.

For a few hours status was showing "acquiring name" in my Snapnames Pending Orders, then it changed to "Backorder"
I contacted snapnames support and they informed that the auction is yet to begin and I will be notified. The whois info is as below:

I can not tell the name. But if I visit the domain, I see netsol parking page and "***********.com expired on 04/26/2020 and is pending renewal or deletion" with a link to namejet for placing backorder.

either it was renewed and the dns still goes to expired or they will hold the auction some other time

I believe the whois status was not changed for last one month. Hope it comes for auction soon.

Now the expiry date changed to 2020 April and Domain in redemption period. I contacted Snapnames support, they are totally confused. Initially they said Pre release auction will start and I will be notified, then domain expires in 2021, then domain can be backordered again for drop catching.
No clear answer why the pre release auction not started yet.
