With problems at Afternic customer service are we better off changing nameservers

Depends on when you are calling. If you are calling people working from home overseas on support then there might be some issues because support has not typically worked from home but most of that has been worked out, and it is still much more often than not the case that there are no issue with support. There is always email as well. They have been getting back to people very quickly on email.

Sales is a different team. Sales has always been able to work from home and have for years. They normally work in the office and at home. They pretty much work all the time to close sales so being at home full time is not a new transition they have always been able to work from home and there are no issues for them. I just double checked with the sales Director to be 100% certain. There is no delay and no issues.

@Joe Styler I recently sold a domain o Afternic but was told that Afternic do not accept push from Porkbun as the domain is still under the 60 days lock. It was quite discouraging as other escrows accept Pushes from Porkbun

Thank you for your responses. I switched about a third to experiment. No disrespect meant for Godaddy or Afternic reps, I realize that things can get a little crazy lately. I was just curious what other's opinions you had since there is a lot of experience out there.
