Even if the domain is with efty's non commitment it doesnt mean you have to sell the domain for exact price to next buyer if he pulls out. Accept the offer and do nothing till you have funds cleared. Then write to them with next similar name you have.

Final update: Followed up multiple times but never received a reply. Will keep renewing until a similar offer comes.
