NetSol created by stupid idiots. My DNS-servers changed into ztomy.com

More than two weeks in a row I received letters from other mailboxes and as a result - only now found out that domains stand on a Parking and mail with private data is forwarded to unknown people.

I didn't receive any notifications, didn't receive any news that change of DNS servers will be carried out. They just changed without my notice.

Can you tell me if you had such a thing and how to cope with it?
