I listed a domain on dan and change it's dns to ns1.dan.com. It was sold some days ago, and I just found that the registrar changed the dns of my domain without my premission and did not notice me, so the commission fee increase to 25%. I always list domain for reseller price and I set the price base on 15% fee. It is really a big loss and it seems I have no way to solve this problem. SAD!!! (╥_╥)

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Maybe it's just a error, have you tryed to change them again - Which registrar?

Has the domain passed its expiry date?

I can change them, but it is useless.

Which registrar is this, and what nameservers have they specified?

A small chinese registrar, they change to their parking dns.
This is an interesting case. DNS in China has some peculiarities.

Did you also see this unexpected change with any of your other domains at the same registrar?

Which nameservers do their parking service use?

What is the website/parking lander's A record?

What .TLD did your sold domain have?
