Hmm. Right off the bat, I think I'll pick:

features, simulators, hugs.

Some of the others I think would be better in the singular form, but still there are some workable kw's.

Rebrand.biz my only one .biz domain..I think extension fits perfectly...

As my experience, only dictionary words can trade now.

there are tons of dictionary .biz words around.. dropping daily.. expiring...

same for .info

nobody regs most... and they are right not to reg them.. just because something is dictionary word doesn't mean a thing.

modestly.biz is worthless. as well as many others.

have to get good stuff.. like hotel.biz and hotel.info

luckily, there are many other good ones too

funny you say that.. just for fun of it.. on last godaddy $1 biz promo (which oddly only lasted about 2 days or so... I guess it was too good to be true).. I picked up off expired my first name... darius.biz

Congratz I was to scared to wait for a .biz promo. I ended up finding a $5 one at Name.com

yep.. when I see good stuff drop now and then I pay the $6 at name.com too
but.. it really has to be worth it to me.. $6 is still nice chunk of change for one .biz domain..

but.. I guess now and then we get $1 promos... not sure how long it lasted on godaddy.. I saw someone advertize it on np.. and went to check it out.. turns out when I got to it it was its last day.. cause it was gone the day after.. luckily I bought for $15 of domains on that last day!

via GD at BIN, I had sales just a short time after buying them.

I received an email from somebody inquiring about one of my domains and asking if it was for sale.

I responded by saying I hadn't really thought about it but for the right price yes .

I searched up who the person was and turns out they are pretty big in online marketing, SEO and advertising

The response I received was asking me what the right price would be

I responded by saying once again that I hadn't really thought about selling it and had been considering developing it. I asked them to make an offer and we could start from there

These emails flew back and forth on the same day over a short period of time

I have not received a response since I asked for an offer to be made.

it has been about one week

Should I send a follow up email? Or just write it off?

a lot of scams goign round.. so once you figure out its not a scam 100% (usually it means you having to click on ANY link at any point to go through with sale)... then send him your price.. no buyer really wants to see an intiial reply that says "make offer"

That's what happens to extensions that try to unseat the grandfathered ones. That being said, 7 sales over $1,000 in the past week, much more alive than any of the ntlds being spouted today

It served its purpose years ago, emd's were gone in com/net and org has the non profit stigma so it was biz or us, for a while .mobi look good but responsive web design killed mobi

We had a ton of sites that redirected from old style html designs to mobi friendly versions

So had it not been for responsive php web design, mobi made sense for a while

Now we try to only do keywords or prefix keywords in .com

Some super industry keywords we might do net and even org prefixes but we haven't turned on a new .biz project in ages, same with mobi and .info

However, we are doing dozens of .LTD projects, we like that tld since we corned the tld for all the major industries we have portals in

Plus for an AI project we are involved in we are registering and doing info sites in 5 or so major new tld's

But for now we are ignoring the lame .ai cc tld

I'd take .tech or .technology or .systems or a few others before I even look at a lame .ai

Yeah, I guess that's the obvious route. I just figured if he went through the effort to contact me and asked me if it was for sale then he wants it and probably has a price in mind.....

I might leave it another day or two and then I'll send a follow-up email as you suggested.

I have a couple only. Best is INCUBATE.

I think a good match for .biz.

Be careful to money you invest to .biz, it is very difficult to make profits from this extention right now.
