As mobiles.biz sold for 285 USD this September, no wonder you are not getting offers.

Biz is not dead yet, but certainly decreased in significance. There are some sales with $200-$2000 for good one word domain names or excellent two word combinations in 2017. On the other hand, some seemingly good keywords sold for $10-$20 on auctions.

The hype needs to die of the new extensions and then the good old extensions that have no disadvantage compared to the new ones may gain back value. For example lex.xyz sold for $5000 this summer, not surprisingly it's not even developed. Forex.biz and similar make sense, .xzy, .top, .loan, .best less so.
