Sure Silentptnr. But still, I wonder what people with .biz names here sell for to end users.. or expect to sell for.

Still I understand it would be hard to tell.. but lets say a short .biz name that makes sense to a business, that are not very premium, like car.biz, but has something like 10-100k monthly searches.

Doesnt matter. sadly, .biz seems to be a buyer's market currently. I would stick with not overpricing your name.GL

but web is a one word lll.biz that has demand from many entities(end users, resellers)which industries.biz does not. your name is good, but not as good as web.biz so i think its a mistake to compare their prices.

highest sale on silentp list is a 9c @ 2500.
Industry.biz may be worth xx,xxx
not industries I would think about taking +/- 5k.

I am not mucn into .biz.. but like any good old extension, if you have the rigth keyword, you have a chance to sell.. they had a few decent ones dropping couple weeks ago.. those never dropped til that day and were first regged many years ago.. plus of course the keywords themselves make sense.. as you know, good/old/nodropping archive history and good keywords are directly related concepts....

so I decided to go on small shopping spree for .biz.. i think its alright profit potential for $6 regs...we'll see...

Quite a bunch. But the price was right IMO and you got some nice keywords there.

I keep an eye out on expiring extensions like info biz and few more regularly... so I have good idea what is dropping in .biz and others.. and those are definitely among nicer ones.. it's not like you can ever expect payment.biz or market.biz etc to drop anyway.. so you just do best you can with what your given

I'm sure most of them wouldn't last long unregistered had I not picked them up.. so that's always a neat indication you're not doing it all wrong hehehehe
