When I started domaining 2 years ago it didn't took long before I realized I got disorganized. With a growing portfolio of so many domains at different registrars, listed at multiple marketplaces and parking companies, things began to slip through the cracks.

I lost the overview, often forgetting to add or remove domains from marketplaces and in some cases even forgot to renew valuable domains. I needed a tool to help me manage my portfolio and to give me clear insight in my performance as a domainer so I reached out to long term friend and software genius @lionel_efty and we decided to build Efty.

Here’s why you are going to love domaining with Efty:

Efty helps you manage your portfolio, giving you clear insight in your performance whilst helping you to boost leads, sales and revenues. It is the starting point for all your domaining activities. Say goodbye to endless mailbox searches and farewell to eye-numbing spreadsheets. With Efty you gain control of your portfolio, make informed decisions, save time & money and increase sales!

Efty already has a myriad of great features. Here are some of the best so far:

Join our free beta for and help us make Efty even better!

We’re working hard on turning Efty into the one tool that every domainer will love to use and we need your help and feedback to make that happen. Sign up for a free beta account today and please let us know your comments, questions and ideas for further improvement in the comments below or directly through the feedback field in the application.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
I hope you can fix the whois glitch because even when I perform the tedious task of manually clicking the update button for all of my domains at their previous expiration dates, your system still refuses to update some of them.

It seems your issue is related specifically to a registrar (DirectNic) which is out of our control. If you have an issue with the Whois info for domains anywhere else please email us and we will look into this.

The pages seem to be getting slower and slower to load. Are there plans in the future to work on this?

Can you specify which pages?

1. Whois info is sometimes innacurate, and expiration info is quite often innacurate.
2. Is it possible to mass-set nameservers for my domains that would point to Efty landing pages? Forwarding hundreds of domains, one by one, is very tedious.
3. Perhaps you could bring the lifetime subscription back on winter holidays, for those who missed it? Please! :)

Also: you could add a calendar for the domains that we are bidding on / dropcatching / watching to acquire, and the auction end date (brought to our local time). I missed a good domain yesterday, because I write the bidding schedule on a piece of paper and sometimes forget it.

Also: I think it would be great to showcase our domains by a custom category. For example, one could need to showcase e.g. his numeric domains, or short brandables, or tech startup names, or the discounted bargain names.

In statistics, I think we could use projected renewal expences for each month. It would be useful to know that e.g. for December I need $500 because I had a shopping spree a year ago.

We're currently implementing the Godaddy integration, stay tuned!

Yay! Any chance that NameSilo could be added to that list?

Thanks

For anyone still on the fence about Efty, there is one VERY important benefit to Efty pages that hasn't even been mentioned. These pages rank!

Get an exact match domain on there and throw a few links at it... ;)

1. Please email us some of the domains for which our system gives you inacurate date so we can investigate.
2. Here's a step by step guide how to bulk park your names with us: http://blog.efty.com/post/116998404834/improved-workflow-bulk-parking-editing-and-more
3. The Lifetime membership was an exclusive offer to thank our beta users. It has now been grandfathered but we offer very affordable monthly or annual plans for different types of domainer which I hope will suit you.

Nice ideas. We will look into these.

If you have added renewal price data to your domains you can find this info under Insights > Financials.

This integration will be for Afternic to start with. We hope to push this live in the first half of 2016.

Also, I've noticed that all domains have both the www and non-www version. Can you redirect to one or the other please or we'll be hit with duplicate content penalties.

Example
http://eftywebsiteexample.com
http://www.eftywebsiteexample.com
are both live websites.

Thanks.

We will look into this. Thanks for flagging.

Just emailed many examples to [email protected]

Is there a way to make my list in Domans section to include 100 (or more) and not 20 domains permanently?

@JimJammy the loading issue has been fixed. Thanks again for flagging.
@Nerevar your email has been received, we will get back to you asap. At the moment you cannot save those settings but you can change it at any time when you look at your domain overview.

We teamed up with Escrow.com to bring safe and secure transactions to Efty
I’m excited to share that we’ve taken another step in making Efty the epicenter of your domaining activities by partnering with Escrow.com to bring safe and secure domain name transactions to the Efty platform.

Efty’s deep integration with Escrow.com enables you to place a Buy It Now (BIN) button on your For Sale landing pages, which will allow interested buyers to purchase your domain via Escrow.com.

Market research has shown that Buy It Now domains are three times more likely to sell than domains soliciting offers. By setting BIN prices on your domains you eliminate potentially lengthy negotiations while creating a sense of urgency for buyers. What’s more, our new partnership with Escrow.com allows you to close BIN transactions without paying a dollar in commission, all while offering your buyers the most trusted and top-ranked domain name escrow service in the world.

To get started with integrating Escrow.com BIN buttons on your landing pages, follow these easy steps:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations and add your Escrow.com username (the email address you use to login to your Escrow.com account)

2. Go to Settings > Preferences and update your Escrow.com settings (such as the inspection period and party responsible for paying the Escrow fee)

3. Add a BIN price to a specific domain (from the domain edit mode) and hit Save.

4. The BIN button is visible on your domain landing page!

Once a buyer completes the BIN form for your domain, they will be sent a confirmation email with instructions on how to complete their Escrow.com account and agree to the transaction terms. Meanwhile you (the seller) will also receive an email from Escrow.com confirming the terms of the transaction. Efty will also send you an email with the buyer’s information immediately after the buyer hits the BIN button in case the buyer doesn’t complete the first steps of the Escrow.com process and you need to reach out to help guide the buyer through it.

Back in Efty we will help you to track the status of each individual Escrow.com transaction right from within your own account.

Last but not least, If you don’t like to stick BIN prices on your domains and/or have negotiated a price with a buyer directly you can now easily send the domain into Escrow.com from the domain view in Efty as well.

We hope this integration will further our promise to you of making your life easier and helping you make more money from your domain name portfolio. Please let us know how you get along and don’t hesitate to reach out with questions, comments or ideas.

Stay tuned for another BIG announcement in the next few weeks!

IMO, we really need a way to define renewal price per extension. E.g. I will set it once that my .com renewals cost me $8.50 and have it implemented for all my domains, both existing and future. Also, it would be nice to mass-add purchase prices somehow, at least for hand regs.

Per extension renewal fee setting has another difficulty. Like i have some domains at godaddy. Namesilo. Namecheap unregistery etc and every registery has different renewal rates for same extension.
To implement this setting efty will also need to implement registrar and extension setting together. To make it right.

True, but I am would willing to compromise with setting $8.50 everywhere "on average" - rather than make it too complex.

I know you have a minimum price in the offer section coming soon too Doron so this is the answer to ALL of my domaining needs now.

Thanks everyone. We are aware there's lots of stuff on everyone's wishlist. Our focus now is on shipping the new landing pages before NamesCon and we will review all of your ideas, suggestions and comments later in January and put together a development roadmap for the first half of 2016.

Thanks again for the great input and the support!

I've just realised that the links in our sitemap go to efty and not our domains so we lose all of the SEO value. Will this be updated?

Many thanks.

We will look into this. Not every domains on a user's marketplace is necessarily parked with us so pointing them to the www.domainname.com might not be the best solution.
