This guide walks through the pages you use every day: the Parking dashboard , the Domain names list, each domain's own page, and the settings for your account and for each domain.

The parking dashboard

The Parking dashboard is the first page of parking. From top to bottom:

  • Needs your attention: shown only when something waits on you, e.g., domains that are not verified yet. "Review" opens them.
  • Inquiries: how many buyers wrote in the period you pick, how many were emailed to you, and a chart of them by day, then the newest inquiries.
  • Domains: how many domains you have, how many are verified or waiting, and how many are off market, then the domains you added last.
  • What's new and Help and guides.

The domain figures link to the lists they count, so "Verified" opens your verified domains.

The domain list

Domain names lists your domains on five tabs: "Added" (every domain you added), "Verified", "Unverified", "Detected" and "Removed". The guide to adding and verifying domains explains each tab.

  • On "Added" and "Verified", the figures at the top count the tab's domains, and "Sale status" narrows the list to the domains for sale or off market.
  • The two buttons beside the order switch between the full rows and a compact table.
  • "Order by" sorts the list (e.g., by date added, name or buy now price); the arrow beside it reverses the order.
  • Each verified domain has "View lander" and its settings at the end of its row; a domain waiting for verification has "Retry verification" and "View status".

To act on several domains together, check them and use the bar above the list. The guide to acting on many domains at once covers it.

A domain's page

Select a domain's name to open its page. At the top:

  • Overview: when it was verified and first seen, its visitors in the last 30 days, and its latest inquiry.
  • Sale: whether it is for sale, and "Edit sale settings".
  • The buttons "Settings", "View lander", "Export" and "Remove".

Below are its tabs: "Inquiries" (the inquiries about this domain, with the same figures as the dashboard), "Catchall" (email to the domain, when its catchall is on), "Traffic insights" and "Inquiry insights".

Account settings and domain settings

Every setting exists twice: once for your whole account, under Settings , and once for each domain, under that domain's "Settings". A domain uses your account setting until you set it on the domain itself.

GroupWhat it holds
ProfileYour parking email and seller information
Price & salesFor sale, buy now price, minimum offer and payment methods
AppearanceThe lander's theme, branding and domain name casing
ContentDomain descriptions and images
DNSMX, TXT and CNAME records
Marketing & promotionDynamic ads and other promotion
PortfolioYour portfolio page, and how each domain appears on it
MiscellaneousAnalytics and inquiry delivery

Your account settings also have "Nameservers" and "Ignored senders", which apply to the whole account only. Looking for one setting? Type in "Search settings" at the top of the settings pages.

Use account setting

On a domain's settings, each setting has a "Use account setting for this domain" checkbox:

  • Checked: the domain follows your account setting. Change the account setting and the domain changes with it.
  • Not checked: the domain has its own value, and changes to the account setting do not affect it.

So the quickest way to change many domains is an account setting. Check "Use account setting for this domain" on a domain to bring it back in line with your account. "Edit for account", beside the checkbox, opens the account setting in a new tab. A few settings exist on domains only (e.g., the buy now price); they are marked "Domain-only option".

Save your changes

A setting you change is marked with a dot, and the bar at the bottom of the page says "You have unsaved changes". Select "Save" to keep them, or "Undo changes" to put the page back as it was. Settings history lists every save, and the guide to acting on many domains at once shows how to undo one.
