I'm SO excited, I made $1.13 parking in 24 hours

I am just so stupidly excited!

I put 34 sites on Bodis last night. It's been about 24 hours, and I have made $1.13. This may not be much to write home about, but its $1.13 more than my other sites have made sitting on market places.

I just really needed to tell SOMEONE!!

Yesterday one of my misspellings was clicked on twice. I was kinda getting disappointed with my misspellings and beginning to think they were a waste of time, but no, I got OVER $9 FOR 2 CLICKS!

November - $3.68

$9.01 in march was for 2 clicks on one domain. Remove that and the rest would have been an average month of $3.40

There are 174 domains (they were all added at different times)
Some are getting 1 or 2 clicks, but earning $0c!
31 domains are making 1c and above

I removed a couple of domains to develop landing pages on them.

Can someone explain why the EPC changes each day. I usually use landing pages so I'm relatively new to parking.
I acquired 2 domains with a lot of BL. Put them both on bodis for the first time to see how parking is.

Today, one of the names has 116.67% CTR, $0.13 EPC, and $113.75 RPM.
Yesterday, the same name had 50% CTR, $0.06 EPC, and $18.33 RPM

Does it have to do with what happens after someone clicks one of the links?

Yeah I think these all have to do with the actual ad clicks. Basically when someone clicks on one of the ads part of the payment goes to Bodis (probably most of it) and part of it goes to you.

Some advertisers pay more some less, so you might have different figures even if you have the same amount of clicks.

41 domains are making 1c and above (It was 31 in March)

It’s a great start. Once you make $5 per month each month after that keep trying to double your performance until you reach $25 per month. I started out this way and I will tell you that it is not impossible.

I tried buying domains that I thought would do well (mistypes, close to other brands, EMDs, and only 2 out of about 10 of them have done ok. My best performing is an incorrect spelling and a very random expired domain. If I could figure out the formulae, I would go for more, but so far, it’s not been worth it

Yep, I don’t think it’s worth buying domains specifically for parking, however, many of them I bought for projects or just because I like them and I haven’t had the time to work on them, so it’s cool they earn a couple of cents, most don’t earn anything though and have 50 views in the last year.

Bodis earn, as company they have N of users that put their $ and own domains.
Domainers in most cases will not earn with parking as for me.
I used SEDO parking, but there were tons of bots, some visits even from Binance(not sure why, it's tech domain)

After that test I got that parking with Sedo and my domains don't fit for me, as I need to cashout, sell domains that left on their reg cost. I don't have a plan to put my domains/$ work for any parking company.

IMO: To earn more on parking, it's good to have more good domains, but some of domains most will not cover reg fee, good domains will cost more, so most % of domainers will not be in profit with parking.

Yep, 200%, if domain is making $5 it will cover reg fee, some drops, so it maybe worth to holding. Just build portfolio of same domains and earn some extra $ for a little chocolate

Its finally been a WHOLE YEAR!!!! and ive found a new way that I like to look at them. I like to see which domains are earning their keep, so have put how many domains earn revenue out of the total domains.

I frequently do a tidy and delete domains I have sold. I thought that this would totally ruin the reports, but it doesnt seem to.

There was a total of 196 domains
17, 043 people visited my domains (which is amazing considering there is no advertising and barely any backlinks).
The most any domain made for the year was $10.34 and it was the only one to cover its reg fees.
145 domains made nothing. 44 of my domains made 1c or more. Only 7 made over $1.

Overall its been an interesting experiment. Considering that the domains were mostly bought for ecommerce or projects and not for parking, then I am quite impressed that I made some money for doing nothing. I deliberately bought some I thought would be great for parking and they havent been I have no real idea what I am doing, just tried a few things to see if something would stick.

I'll keep going with the parking. My plan is to turn as many of the EMDs as possible into websites or at least my own landers like colourmeanings.com (like thats actually going to happen ). Too many plans, not enough time, so, until I manage to make more time to do them, they will all sit in parking or in the state some are, which are resolving to a wordpress installation and nothing else done!!

While they are still on parking, ill still try and remember to report them as i'm sure some of you may be interested.

Many of them I don’t really want to sell. I’m a terrible investor and a bit more of a collector than an investor
I have only sold domains on namepros for $10 each to cover the reg fee. No interest on various other marketplaces or my own website (though I ran out of funds for marketing and motivation).
Do I have the capacity to develop them all.. yes, I guess. If I really went at it I could do one every 2 days.
I love the idea of putting my own ads on them, and this was my original idea, but parking has proved that even with traffic (not much though) that people don’t click. I would really have to put a load of content on to make it worth it. I’m still debating if I really want to put my time and effort into learning it (eg niche sites and SEO and content writing).
