It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
For this review, I received a request from Trustpilot:

"Epik.com believes your review was meant for another business. Do you agree?

No/Yes"

I answered no.
After that, the view remained unchanged.
Are they implying that Masterbucks is a different company and I should have reviewed Masterbucks?

That link is only visible to you.
Corrected. I received such requests for all reviews containing the word Masterbucks. Clearly they want to eliminate the connection between the two companies.

If you do a search on the website epik.com for the word Masterbucks with Google

site:epik.com masterbucks

then it is possible that the use of this word has decreased, and now it is problematic to establish a connection between these companies.

Thanks for correcting the link.

I can definitely understand their confusion. We're all confused, aren't we.

But it's clear that Masterbucks is an Epik brand, and is at the core of Epik's financial operations.

Here's some help!

I made a postscript in reviews containing the word Masterbucks:

"It's written on the Epik website: "Masterbucks powers Epik’s financial operations." After the sale of domain names on the Epik escrow platform, the money goes to the Masterbucks website."

Can you advise to write something better for this?

Another confusion is that apparently there were two Masterbucks companies that I had to deal with because Epik sent money from escrow sales of domain names on their escrow platform to this Masterbucks companies .

Yes, we're all confused. TrustPilot cannot blame you for this situation, should it come to that. You almost have to be a forensic expert and have access to Epik's systems to get the hang of it. For the majority of Epik/Masterbucks customers, that is of course not an option. The constant smoke screen that Epik is putting up, is why we are discussing it here in the first place. Epik can bring clarity if she wishes to, but chooses not to do so.

Perhaps Epik, who has claimed the Epik.com profile, has complained to TrustPilot about this?

Are there still people throwing money into this confusing story?

I already wrote that Epik also probably takes offense at the Masterbucks company, because fee payments also have the status of "Pending".

There phrase:

"Epik.com believes your review was meant for another business."

Well, it's pretty simple. It's Epik.com staff continuously making statements and giving interviews about MB. Without solving the case, by the way. And as we saw earlier in this thread, Epik.com makes the payments, with a "Note" that it's about their Masterbucks service.

Wants Epik to split the business into two businesses?
One business gets money and another business pays?
The first business does better.

In the DNW interview, new Epik CEO Brian Royce said that Masterbucks will be at the core of future developments. They even want (Masterbucks) to become a PayPal competitor.

It seems that they recently wrote here that payments come from Epik, and not from Masterbucks.

Braden Pollock? He said he removed all connections from epik after gab shootings and even went to accuse me of being racist for even mentioning such a thing and he is still invested? What a dishonest sneaky guy.
Dishonest and sneaky? Are you for real? I never said that I "removed all connections" because that makes little sense. What I said was that I resigned from the Board. But since you mentioned that I'm "still invested", allow me to explain how start-up investing works: When an angel investor purchases equity in a start-up (as I did with Epik about TEN YEARS AGO), they can not extract their investment until one of several things happen 1. The company is acquired 2. The company goes public 3. The company or a third party offers to acquire said shares (if transferable). Since Epik has not been acquired nor gone public, that leaves only the possibility of Epik or a third party acquiring my shares. No one has made any such offers. So, like with all my other angel investments, I have no choice but to continue holding my shares.
Does that clear things up?

And how do you feel about these events now?
Apparently, it negatively affects the price of your shares.
Do you express your dissatisfaction with the management?
Is your opinion influential?

Make it clear to TP that all your dealings have been with Epik and how Epik processed the transactions with its own affiliated businesses should be of no concern to Epik's clients and shouldn't allow them to offload the negative experience onto its affiliated companies. If that were allowed, most companies could create placeholder companies just for that.

Perhaps there is no cash flow between Epik and Masterbucks at all.
Perhaps Masterbucks is working as a bookkeeper, displaying Epik's money.
Perhaps Masterbucks only receives a salary from Epik for his employees.

I sold my website through Epik exactly one month ago in September, and I've still not received my funds.

Epik staff and customer care representatives have no clue when will their payment website master bucks are released my funds as well as no record about total queued list of pending withdrawal request.

This is my first and last worst experience on this website. I'll definitely avoid using their platform in the future.

Yeah, perfectly, you were dishonest AND greedy. You definitely tried to make it seem that you were completely disconnected from Epik and sold it by calling me a bigot or something like that. At any point you could have walked away or better yet, exposed the scam that is Epik. Your "investment" is hurting a lot of people. I sincerely hope you lose every filthy dime.

Were you a part of the fraud that got Epik $32,000,000 investment deal? How in the world does a company like Epik get a valuation of >$64,000,000? What the frick did you guys tell them or give them? Maybe all user data, hmmm? What happened to that deal? Was maybe your CEO embezzling investor money to pay off millions in personal debt and home improvement projects or was it his hilarious post hack live stream? I like to think it was our article played a part by shining too much light on it all and everyone scurried back into the shadows.

Maybe you should be suing your Chairman or turning him over to the FBI instead of trying to convince me you're a good guy because then I might believe it.

This guy is one of the owners, maybe he can help get your money back. He's the only from Epik posting on namepros and he is very loaded with money so hopefully he would do the right thing for all of you. Right @Braden Pollock ? Where can all these poor folks contact you for payments?
