Anyone else experiencing massive slowdowns when trying to access the DAN Dashboard?

For the last week or so, when I click the Dashboard I get the hourglass/spinning circle for 20-30 seconds until it loads, while the rest of the site and landers seem speedy enough. For example, loading the My Domains portfolio section takes a few seconds, and the slow loading only seems to affect the Dashboard area.

I see waiting for app.intercom.io or something like that down bottom left as page loads, which initially took about 30 seconds
Going incognito to dan.com it took about 30 seconds for the chat widget to load and appear

Yes it's slow for me as well. As soon as I hit the login button (link), it takes more than 40 seconds to load. It was slow to load before but not this bad.
My domain landing pages has no issue with loading.

That would be nice, but you really have to try it again after an hour of inactivity. There's some sort of caching effect. See this posting for more details.

I had trouble no matter what, and I used to check every hour or half-hour and it was dead slow no matter what I just got done working out for an hour and a half, and had to restart the laptop and the Dashboard still loads fast.

I have a feeling the slowdown was loading the Transaction Activity field, as now that seems to load slower than the rest, but doesn't bog down the entire Dashboard. Probably DAN made a quick change in priority, causing the page to load immediately, and then you may have to wait for a field, which in my case seems to be Activity.

Thank you for the opportunity. As of this morning, I'm not experiencing any significant delays in accessing the main Dashboard (as other members were experiencing as well). I'll let your Support team know if I notice something similar in the future.

The last few months I have followed premium names being listed at DAN and Sedo. I have come across a lot more names at DAN where the seller was clearly not the legal owner.

I think this is an area where DAN could improve and require more verification by using DAN servers or txt.

Wishlist:

When I DELETE/CLOSE (garbage can icon) a Transaction could it please not show up under the Activity section in the Dashboard, at least until there is further activity? I delete these and they just pop right back on the top of the list... what's the use of this feature?

There are only FIVE spaces available on the Dashboard and these supposedly-closed transactions are clogging up that very limited space - I can't imagine how bad it is for top domainers.

The outdated portfolio page needs some work. The Search Filters are in the wrong order, IMO. The most practical order should be:

- Starting with
- Ending with
- Name (no hyphens, ...)
- Price
- Length
- Extensions

Also, why do you offer in the Sort By options (Price Low - High) only? Why are you providing sorting by Views, and I already have the Traffic Graph disabled on my landing pages?

Also, I noticed that I can now delete columns on the Dan Dashboard, which is nice as I'm on a high-rez 15" Surface Laptop , but the Bids column would drift off-screen to the right from time to time. I got rid of Template and it's golden.

I couldn't get worse news this morning, as Dan was the last bastion of hope in a 20% commission world, and that is guaranteed to change, either now or later. Dan also brought some new ideas to a moribund business model, with lease-to-own, a full negotiation system, and a seller dashboard that was really starting to come together.

Less competition always mean higher fees and virtually no innovation.

Anyone else missing emails being sent by Dan? Also, their bot isn't picking up on finished transfers.

I was wondering why receiving a payment was taking this long, which is uncommon, and they ask me to verify a transfer which was completed past Friday.

On second though... It's actually a great move for GoDaddy. Not only do they now finally own a good sales backend, they are now also in direct competition with sedo. They may finally get a foot in the door in Europe.

I Contacted customer service and they will respond about payout status within 24 hours !!
