Do not think just reg before someone else does.

regging just anything meta without thinking is no solution.

no one should be jealous of personal who regged diving name. it sucks. most meta names will never sell..neither will most.crypto names..xr vr etc... meta is no different. u need good names.

I'm surprised I didn't send you an offer for it lol. I would have bought that real quick at $1k. His lost your gain. Put a nice big price tag on it. It's versatile for the exploding meta realestate sector and suitable really for any asset class usage like crypto or avatars. Great name mate! meta+keyword for the win!

In the nft world there is a saying, when something is really trending you better delist your names meaning remove the bin listing from what u value the most.

I did the opposite. My entire portfolio is at bin. It took some time this week repricing them to reflect current affairs but worth the work. Research shows BIN domains sell faster. If you know what you want for it and are on top of the trend, not much reason to not BIN. just my two cents

Yet another point is to look at the sale of nft.com for 2 millions while it's worth *10 now and metaverse.io as well.

So I guess a few ways to look at it.

I see your point too. But both those sales occurred before the hot streak and before pricing data as to what these names can command. Essentially they were first movers. We have numbers now so just price accordingly all I'm saying.
