Penny promotion was for only 1 month, i guess. Later on we have to pay .99 usd.
All they were not regged for .99 usd. So many domains were dropcaught, participated in auctions.

One thing I must say is that the lead's geographical area map shown in SH didn't seem to match up. The buyer country shows to be DK per the WHOIS but the SH was showing area around NIGERIA for the lead. Otherwise I would have countered the full list price.
Would a VPN get around it? Pretty clever if they did that to try and lower the price......
Nice XYZ sales, as usual.
Presently, it's very tough to register a good single keyword XYZ that's not a registry premium.
You have all these names from the starting days when most XYZ were available for pennies? Or you have been paying the registry premium fees on these all?
99 cents isn't bad either. I would pay that price for 10-12k single keyword XYZ domains annual without any regrets. Happy for you, you are the only one who is doing very well with the XYZs, I had like a few 100 of them decent ones registered for an year and not a single offer on any of them. I let them all drop, maybe luck matters as well in some places.
didnt xyz have premiums since beginning? plus minus few names..
I mean it's not like .co where they made stuff prem a year or so ago.
Not sure but I have seen them revise prices upwards for registry premiums. Plus, they added a lot more percentage of names to the registry premiums. Amongst those, I owned cars.xyz and hotels.xyz for an year or two without a single offer. And I paid about $1200 annual per name on those.
NameQuinCanvas.xyz
10500 usd
Squadhelp
Pallet.xyz
4888 usd
Afternic BIN.
No further info. Thanks
The Nigerian Prince story is stale.Maybe not, it's most likely the use of some outdated geolocation tech at SH unless the Denmark national was travelling to Nigeria to meet the Nigerian prince who wants to share his fortune. No offence to Nigerians though.
The Nigerian Prince is totally unnecessary here mate.Maybe not, it's most likely the use of some outdated geolocation tech at SH unless the Denmark national was travelling to Nigeria to meet the Nigerian prince who wants to share his fortune. No offence to Nigerians though.

meh, chill out all, give him a break, racism has two sides, he meant no harm, your country is famous for email scams, just fact, america where im from, is famous for negative political brain wash, chicago is famous for pizza, north pole famous for santa and melting ice caps. get over it.
Did you now ? What was your sale price ?Not sure but I have seen them revise prices upwards for registry premiums. Plus, they added a lot more percentage of names to the registry premiums. Amongst those, I owned cars.xyz and hotels.xyz for an year or two without a single offer. And I paid about $1200 annual per name on those.
My country isn’t famous for email scams, stop being ridiculous already. You don’t judge a country by the silly doings of a few.
There are a lot of other Nigerians doing positive things. The just confirmed Director-General of the world trade organization is a Nigerian, the doctor leading pfizer’s vaccine COVID-19 development is a Nigerian in america, I don’t want to litter this thread I’ll have mentioned Nigerians doing great things even in America.
Enough of the stereotype already.

I personally don't like stereotypes because more often than not it is just a replication of the 'single story' syndrome.Nigeria must be a wonderful country my friend, I am sure, and I intended no insult to Nigerians in general. It was so stated in my response as well. We don't need to make a mountain out of a molehill.
I myself have received so many spam mails over the years from a NIGERIAN PRINCE wanting to share his fortune that it instantly jumped to my mind when the lead location showed up as Nigeria. So, I had just mentioned about the NP character in general, it wasn't a comment on Nigerians. You only need to google the term. Best wishes.

That's why I post stuff like this. Glad it helps!
(I also got encouraged by other's work. Thanks @DNGear )
how many xyz sold posts do u see? there is your answer as to how good an investment it is.
the lucky break for all who misinvest in it is that they only waste 1$ or less to reg it. but make no mistake.. it is a waste at any amount for domain investor.
especially with dngear already owning anything with at least some sale chance bahahahah
There are gems in this extension available to buy on the aftermarket for reasonable pricing. I recently bought Lucky (xyz)
