Hi Sinh. You should have better knowledge about .biz than most of us, with your experiences with past .biz sales. Smile is quite a nice word expressing pleasing emotions, whereas .biz is a mostly failed business extension. I cannot see much value in this domain in this particular extension. but clearly you do, because you bought it.... and presumably have a plan for it. My jaundiced/optimistic valuation would be $500-$1000. It's finding a buyer at that price, is the hard part.

Well. Natural.biz is a nice domain too. But like Smile, it too doesn't really match the extension. I hardly buy any .biz domains these days. The one's I do buy are mostly for brand protection, or if they have a clear business angle. But like you. I've not been able to sell any I've bought for investment purposes. Absolutely zero demand begets even more absolutely zero demand. Anybody holding onto single word .biz domains are only going to see their values fall further. IMHO.

That's exactly the problem. .BIZ is not getting enough love. I haven't really been watching, but I doubt if it's a growing TLD. To my way of thinking it's wasting away. Which is why kickass domains are reducing in value. This is only my personal opinion of course. But I would consider investing in .BIZ a losing proposition unless things pick up. But the trend has all been in the wrong direction for years. When, if ever, is it going to turn around?

These days you can find good LLL.biz at closeouts.
.biz never took off. Safe to say it's dead.
The extension was released in a context of relative scarcity and has had about 15 years to establish itself, now it has to face competition from hundreds of other extensions. I think it can only stagnate.

Just don't buy them if the purpose is to resell them.

Will it ever recover? Maybe not. But the risk was minimal, and even if a single name does not sell I am fine with it.
