The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Without permission it is irrelevant - but if they will allow me to you will be welcome to login and take a look.

This isn't a who's programming #### is bigger. Not trying to compete with ya here bud.

Nah I am good. I am no longer curious because am still sure that I am Brandbucket.

@Michael M The data is definitely useful if you know how to use it.

If it ins't as useful then you might want to consider revisiting your approach.

@Michael M Your now playing the permission game/card. When we talked you knew I didn't have permission but still requested stuff!

This is part of the reason why I am on stealth mode. Never trust people in this world because they will be more than happy to shit on you in a bid to make themselves look good.

Part of the reason why on stealth mode. I've learnt that domainers aren't the best to do business with.
I have always been consistent. When you asked for my advice I told you morally/legally you were in a gray area - especially when you were trying to figure out how to monetize it.

But yes - if there is data out there I will make use of it. When you stopped offering it because you were locked out of your one method of collecting the data - I decided to collect data for myself and found another way so I could use the data on a personal educational basis. I did not ever try to profit from the data or publish it because I didn't have permission. I debated letting BB know how I gathered the data, but decided against it after helping BB with numerous other issues for free and ultimately deciding to move my profile away. When I left BB - I did not feel as if I should be collecting their data even for personal reasons as I had no business relationship with them beyond that point. I no longer cared what their STR was or what sold on that specific marketplace.

I figured they would find it on their own eventually. If they didn't - I figured someone else might find it and publish the data for the public. That poses no moral or legal dilemma for me as it would not be me doing it.

Since you keep editing - I didn't jump in here and post to make myself look good. What do I gain from this conversation? Nothing. I was just trying to point out that you profiting from domainers inventory data on a website that tries to usurp the marketplace in SEO and steal leads is wrong. You went off the tracks. I have stayed consistent. Anyone who knows me on this forum knows this to be true.

You get way too defensive way too quick in the past and now.

If someone gives you 100 leads a week with about 15% conv rate you will not take it? Yes or No?

When you buy from walamrts do you ask how the employee were treated to produce the goods?

When you buy new machine/electronics do you know the origin of the raw material and know the wars that was created in order to still does material from the indigenous people?

No one is giving you 100 leads a week. You are stealing them from NP members and BB.

You are costing people here sales. They need to know it. I wasn't coming after you with my posts - but you are irritating me now.

So I will flat out say IMO you are being a leach and STEALING from the very people in this forum you are trying to sell data to. You are costing them sales by stealing their leads with your site.

Mr Good guy can you prove it?

I don't need to - your past and current actions talk plenty loud enough.

I am done with this conversation with you.

Mr Good guy, you accuse someone with no tangible proof.

How nice of you but again not surprise because I expect such from a domainer.

"All I can say is that I am Brandbucket"

You are obviously pitching a service and when faced with constructive criticism you become highly defensive and aggressive about said service which does not endear you to potential clients.

If I was you I would re-think my sales tactics....... :xf.wink:

Not trying to sell anything. It been long since I commented and I know that 8/10 that once I do that someone MUST be provoked to respond.

When you work as a sales agent you can't help but to sound like this. This is how we close sales faster and meet our daily sales target.

"How much you will pay?" :xf.confused:

You asked the above question.......inviting offers, responses etc etc

Don't kid a kidder - you are/where looking for a deal

How is he stealing? I see no explanation of that here. Thank you

I have bowed out of this conversation, and I probably could have worded things better, but to clarify what I meant since you asked:

I was just trying to point out that you profiting from domainers inventory data on a website that tries to usurp the marketplace in SEO and steal leads is wrong.

But seriously - I bow out of this and apologize for getting involved in it in the first place. To each their own.

I just sent this PM to DNBolt, but I want to post it here as well as my actions affected him and anyone reading this mess..

My apology also goes to everyone here that had to read through my rant. I am truly sorry as I try my best to be helpful to this community and not harm it or lash out against anyone. :sorry:

-------------
Non-related to your post today as I did not see what it was (but it reminded me I needed to send this) - I have done some thinking in the past few days...

I have been having a rough few months with family issues. That is no excuse, but I shouldn't have come after you in that thread. I was irritated, took it out on you, and I apologize.

Understand this apology is not due to concern of retaliation, but sincere.

I did appreciate the service you offered providing sales info, and admittedly I didn't approve of a few approaches you had - but it isn't my place to spew that on a public forum. I could have contacted you directly if I really felt strongly about something.

Nonetheless - Best of luck to you in your ventures,
Michael.
