Trump made a mistake with the false information about this supposed attack. I don't believe there will be any strike by the US on Syria, because they don't have proof. And if they do strike it will be on some place in the desert that's already been totally destroyed from the war.

Well at least the Hungarian's populist movement keeps the country as only a train transit hub, not a destination.

Hungary's right wing nationalist government just won a slightly over 2/3 majority in last weeks elections and they are totally against any Muslim invasion of their country and will NOT accept the EU imposition of recieving any refugees into their country. Very wise decision.

Hungary has already built a wall along their southern and eastern border, precisely to stop the illegal invasion that was causing chaos.

Yes, it does seem logical that Russia may not like the idea of having a pipeline going from gas fields in Qatar and Iran passing through Syria. There is also the fact that Russia has a Naval and Air base in Syria, which gives them access to the Mediterranean, so they want to maintain Assad in power.

Others feel paying with tax dollars it is wrong and should be paid out-of-pocket, and not as an irresponsible alternative for normal birth control, by women who don’t take personal responsibility. “Every modern society”, I guess your consideration is only 1st world? But you didn’t look up the laws, don’t you consider Ireland or Mexico, even El Salvador modern? They don’t still live in caves and cook in campfires in that many places. Besides that, fortunately most have a 3 month window only where it is legal.

No burden of proof on me. I'll only believe it when real proof is shown. Images and videos can be easily manipulated. Ask any Hollywood producer...

This case actually reminds me of the UK Russian spy that was allegedely poisoned by the Russians, that the UK still to this day has no evidence of what he was poisoned with.

All this resulted in was to play the game of kicking out 60 Russian diplomats, followed by the Russians kicking out the same amount. Wasn't that fun?

We don't know if the people fighting against Assad are any better than he is. Even the Kurds' are connected to terrorist in Turkey.

What happens if we kill another group of Russians? RU wouldn't last long in an outright war but they could give the US a very bad time.

Better to get out of Syria than leave it a burning leaderless state like Libya, IMO.
