Could be wrong here, but I think the 60 day lock is only if you plan to transfer to another register.....I've been able to push after just one week providing the person keeps the domain at the same register.

it has nothing to do with code. a code is nothing but a code. either works or not. it was just that transaction of yours at that time.. for which they decide to run some extra security check. for whatever random or not reasons.

Do you need an account first to transfer? When I input my domain to transfer, I get a screen that is basically pretty blank. I don't have a netfirms account, though.

Has anyone tried to transfer domains from Dotster to Netfirms (or vice versa) using their codes? Seems to me a cheap way to add years. (About $3 for 2 years or so.)
