When I started domaining 2 years ago it didn't took long before I realized I got disorganized. With a growing portfolio of so many domains at different registrars, listed at multiple marketplaces and parking companies, things began to slip through the cracks.​

I lost the overview, often forgetting to add or remove domains from marketplaces and in some cases even forgot to renew valuable domains. I needed a tool to help me manage my portfolio and to give me clear insight in my performance as a domainer so I reached out to long term friend and software genius @lionel_efty and we decided to build Efty.

Great! When should we expect new marketplace page?

I'll be updating you guys here once we start rolling out the revamped marketplace. As always we very much welcome ideas and suggestions from everyone about functionalities and features you would love to see in the marketplace.

We've standardized your registrars for you!
Efty pulls whois data for your domain names automatically. Most registrars use different company names in the whois data we retrieve for you such as GoDaddy LLC, GoDaddy.com, GoDaddy Inc etc).

We've been working on standardizing these names, so your domain view and your Efty Insights look better.

We've implemented this for all major registrars (Uniregistry, GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc), so go check out your Domain tab and Insights to see what we've changed.

We keep the 'raw' registrar names stored, you can still view these in domain edit mode.

P.S. Stay tuned for another update: we'll be doing a complete redesign of the domain view making it much faster, more scalable and prettier!

Hey everyone, as @lionel_efty already shared we're planning to launch a completely redesigned marketplace in Q2 this year. If you have any wishes, suggestions or ideas about functionalities, features and design please do share them with us so that we can start working on a list of functionalities for the first design mockups.

We'll also make sure to include everyone in the design process like we did with the new For-Sale landing pages.

The functionality is great. Do you have an option where I can hide the domain age? It's not exactly a selling point with the domains I have now and I can't get rid of it.

More background selections for the marketplace would be nice (or let me use my own). Something that says business - desk, computer, workstation, math problems, etc.

This is definitely part of our bigger vision but none of the large registrars provide APIs like this as of yet. If you know of any that do please do let me know!
We currently have a pretty decent API set up with Sedo and we're in talks with Flippa. Afternic is not going to happen anytime soon. We met with their team earlier this year and their own development road-map doesn't leave any room for a partner API this calendar year. We keep pushing for it because Afternic integration would be great.

Your suggestions, ideas and criticism are all very much appreciated Agus . GA support is on our list and i'm going to do my best to try and have this included with the marketplace revamp in Q2.

More suggestions and ideas specifically for the marketplace redesign are more than welcome!

Hi, I just moved in to Efty with my portfolio, and I desperately need a tick box to mark entire portfolio for edit (like renewal price, parking etc). Having to edit dozens of pages in sequence is unnecessary effort.

Hi Andish, we're working on better bulk editing and management. The first big first improvement will be pushed live next week already and many more updates will follow in the coming months.

I am VERY pleased with Efty and it's landing pages.
Within first week I got more offers than in half a year on Sedo and Afternic. :D

Minor issues:
1. Please note that landing pages Kiefer, Spring and Silk display contact email even after turning it off in options. North and HongKong work ok.
2. I get flooded with junk offers with letters instead of numbers. Can we somehow deny offers below numericly stated amount above minimum offer being sent?
3. Can we design some action after Escrow is started? Like a banner "Transaction in progress" and taking off escrow button? My client clicked Escrow twice and I have two escrows running...

Email confirmation would be a nice feature. I would like to have it to avoid junk offers with fake addresses. You can make it optional to your users.

9. We already show the IP address in the inquiry email. When you check the inquiry within Efty we show you both the IP and the Geo location. I will see if we can do the same in the email. Should't be difficult.

Also, you still don't show Geo location in the email. It would really be helpful.

Simply change the name servers for the domain that you would like to "unpark". If you decide later on to use Efty For-Sale landing pages again all you need to do is point your name servers to us again.

You can track visits to your landing pages under Insights > Landing Pages.

There will be a weekly auto Whois refresh for all your domains in the next couple of big updates. With a bit of luck this is live before the end of Q1 already! cc @JRayers
