We must have both been super busy for that to happen.. lol .. I didn't really attend many of the speaker events and mostly hung around the Networking event booths / area. Ed and myself joked around about how difficult it is to network whilst attending a speaker event, that basically limits you to the person on your right, left, and maybe the person in front of you if they are cool with being tapped on the shoulder. lol.. With a target for networking, we found it was ideal to be in the crowded booth(s) area, where we could easily strike up conversation with just about anyone.

I would love to meet up with you on the next event or maybe even some time here in Texas. I'm in the Houston area and take short 1 or 2 day trips to San Antonio once every couple months. Myself and my fiancee (Officially engaged in Las Vegas while there) have plans to travel a bit more and meet more people face to face to shake hands and collaborate (No set in stone eta on this yet).

What part of Texas did you say you were in again? I need to plan a trip to Austin & Dallas soon I think.

@Eric_Lyon I'm near Austin, Fort Hood specifically. It would be nice to meet you both. Congratulations on your engagement. I spent most of my time in the sessions. Lol. You are so right about the networking limits there. I was successful meeting people before and after and I spent some time going through the exhibits, but not as much as the sessions. Let me know when you guys are headed to my area!

Alright Eric, i'm starting to think you were a ninja at NamesCon (No, not a .ninja. Though that vegas.ninja presentation was sure something.) I had no idea you were there! Hope you had a great time though, we certainly did. It just tells you how HUGE namescon was, we met hundreds of people but we still missed hundreds more in the short time. Hope to catch you there next year! Congrats on the engagement.

(Hides his throwing stars and nunchucks) - I also met hundreds (300+ at least, because that's how many cards I handed out) - I would certainly like to meet you next event or sooner if we cross paths in travels.

Nah, we rerouted, however, we did end up taking that back way into the Grand Canyon Via the Havasupai indian reservation that actually took us into the lower valley of the canyon on a dirt road. Which was more breath taking than having to look at the canyon from up top. We encountered a similar situation as you and your wife as well. About 2 miles into the canyon a Havasupai official stopped us on the dirt road asking for our identification and Permit (Which we didnt have a permit because of where we entered), so we just turned around and drove the 2 miles back to old route 66 where "Easy Rider" was filmed

.. we got a pic on FB of the dilapidated building in the background that they rode by in the movie.

Hello again, i haven't forgotten you, just haven't had a chance to get back to SA on our busy schedule yet. We are hoping to hit SA within the next 3 to 4 weeks (Crosses fingers). I'll reach out and let you know when it's more solid so we can all get together for a coffee, lunch, dinner, or even just pie.

Thanks, Looking forward to meeting you next trip or sooner if our paths cross. Would love to see you're interview with Ed once it's ready to roll out. I'm also anticipating an interview release I did with Chris Wright.

As far as the auction, don't think that was me, in fact, I made the mistake of not registering to bid, so I missed out completely. Maybe i'll get it right for the next one. I was completely blown over by the auctioneer. That guy is truly gifted. Lol!
