Many upside down names are taken in extensions like com net and even xyz (none by me), but they all use IDN! Crude example:

Nothing can come close to imitating zznq.buzz, ever. I envision many uses as buzz is synonymous with weed, alcohol, news, radio and advertising. All you need is an edge, something cool, unique and creative. It all starts with your domain and brand; zznq.buzz combines the domain + brand on a level that no one else can ever achieve.
Imagine all the ways you can implement marketing here...Remember how movies show newspapers spinning while they zoom in on your TV screen? What if your website lander has the name of your e-paper, zznq.buzz, with that same effect? The headline: coolest news on the net, the front page filled with information, along with a subscription option. Or your marketing firm, with animated LED signs and billboards. See, there are real world implications here we can't even imagine yet. A customer entrance carpet could read zznq.buzz in big letters. It reads exactly the same when you leave as when you came in.
